Daven Seebarran is a highly skilled leader who has worked extensively in the non-profit sector throughout Canada for the past 15 years.  He has over a decade of experience as an executive director with specific expertise in non-profit management, organizational development, fund development, and leadership coaching. As a prolific fundraiser, Daven Seebarran has raised more than $34 million for institutions across Canada.  This has been accomplished through grant writing, corporate engagement, individual giving strategies, and special events management.

Douglas Hurst has over a 22-year history working with children and youth, formerly as resident artist for Art Starts Neighbourhood & Cultural Centre facilitating interactive creative workshops to under-served communities; remains the resident drama teacher at Windermere Kids and Green Apple Kids preschools teaching through puppets and play.

Camila Salcedo is an artist, activist and community organizer with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Interdisciplinary from NSCAD University, and graduated as the Valedictorian of the Class of 2018. She has three years of teaching experience in Nova Scotia through NSCAD University's Extended Studies, Alderney Landing, and the Arts Gallery of Nova Scotia, and had the unique experience of teaching at Modderdam High School in Bonteheuwel, South Africa for 3 months in 2017 through the Art In Schools Program.

Davrielle is a 4th year Arts Management Specialist at the University of Toronto. They have interned at Now Magazine and SummerWorks Theatre Festival. They co-developed a musical theatre curriculum at the Cabbagetown Community Arts Center and they perform drag. Davrielle also just released their debut solo album "18".  They are very excited to be a part of this great organization.

Tina de los Santos is an engagement and communications consultant with over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector. She is highly skilled at connecting nonprofits with their audiences in ways that create lasting, meaningful relationships. Through the creation of strategic communications such as blogs, website content, videos, scripts, organizational stories and more, Tina helps nonprofits build a groundswell of support and inspires audiences to take action.
