OAKVILLE CLUB MEN'S GOLF TOURNAMENT
in support of
The Concerned Kids
$100,000 in Support of TCK
On May 27th, 2019 the annual Oakville club Golf Tournament in support of The Concerned Kids, hit the greens at the Piper's Health Golf Culb. This annual event raised more than $100,000 and is the largest external fundraiser for The Concerned Kids. The Kids this benefits are incredibly grateful for the tremendous support from the community, the businesses, and the attendees.
With a beautiful day delivered, the golfers took to the course. The passion for play coupled with equal amounts of determination and drive, was evident across the fairway and continued for 18 holes. There is no better way to support a worthy cause and the much-needed service which The Concerned Kids provide than to donate in every way: time, funds, sponsorship advertising, and volunteering.
Gathering at the Oakville Culb to celebrate the "wins" of the day, participants bid on a fabulous silent auction table and enjoyed good food and conversation wrapping up the event. The Live Auction is another successful component of the fundraising day and was easy to keep bidders' interest with items such as an evening with Kevin O'Leary, an evening out for 8 people to Noble or Seasons and a chance to have a puppet created in your very own image!
Of course, learning more about the work, The concerned Kids do also was a key focus of the sponsors, organizers, and attendees of the event. We are pleased to share that this year's event raised $100,000. Congratulations to all who helped make this happen. We thank you and look forward to seeing you next year!
