The Concerned Kids Charity of Toronto is 100% self-funded, i.e. we do not receive government support, nor are we funded by agencies like The United Way. The Concerned Kids must continually raise funds to sustain its Interactive Puppet Performances and to promote the expansion of its NEW program material to address the many requests received from schools and communities to present our educational performances.
Fundraising takes many forms at The Concerned Kids. Funds are solicited from service groups, foundations, corporations (both cash solicitations and product donations), as well as directly from individuals.
The Concerned Kids’ has embarked on fundraising activity through special events. We strive to produce events that are exciting and entertaining for participants. The Concerned Kids makes every effort to develop long-term partnerships with the corporations who support us with event sponsorships, product donations and other contributions. Such partnerships maximize exposure and create a strong alliance with mutually beneficial outcomes.
Opportunities for further fundraising events are continually being sought. If your corporation is looking for a charitable partner capable of maximizing marketing prospects, take a look at the range of sponsor and partnership opportunities available to your company. A number of avenues are also available for individuals to support the agency.
Proceeds from fundraiser will allow our charitable organization to continue what it does best, deliver socially relevant educational and interactive puppet performances about serious social issues to elementary school aged children in Toronto and the surrounding GTA.
